The Jog-A-Thon is one of only two major fundraisers coordinated by the La Mariposa School Parent Teacher Association. The funds that are raised provide programs beyond our school’s budget, including: 

• Art classes and physical education for every grade level
• 100% funding of all field trips, bus transportation costs, assemblies – as well as other special events like Earth Day, Talent Show, Red Ribbon Week, Ability Awareness Week & Tiger Olympics
• Library books and Maker Space equipment & supplies
• Student Groups such as Student Leadership, Camarillo Academic Olympics, Super Quiz team & Peer Buddies
